Troubleshooting

Screen sharing is not working

• Ensure you're using a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)

• Check that you've allowed screen sharing permissions when prompted

• Try refreshing the page and entering the session code again

• Disable browser extensions that might block screen sharing

Session code is not working

• Double-check the session code for typos

• Ensure the support agent has started the session

• Session codes expire after 24 hours - request a new one if needed

• Make sure you're entering the code on the correct page: ShareCam.io/join

Poor video quality or connection issues

• Check your internet connection speed

• Close other applications using bandwidth (streaming, downloads)

• Try switching to a wired connection if possible

• Restart your browser and try again
